We formulate and manufacture prestige skincare for brands that need more than a stock formula or a low-MOQ launch partner. Our work spans new product development, reformulation, expansion lines, pilot runs, regulatory coordination, and production planning.

Our category depth is focused: sensitive skin and barrier support, clean longevity, targeted acne and blemish systems, and mineral-first sun care. Across those categories it is the same discipline applied in different directions: original formulation, stability, texture, manufacturability, claim discipline, and scale.

Because R&D, formulation, stability work, regulatory coordination, and production sit under one owned US roof, the people developing your product stay close to how it will be made.

That structure reduces the handoffs that can weaken a formula: no broker translating the brief, no offshore development handoff for your formula or project data, and no loose network passing the product from vendor to vendor before it reaches production.

Claim substantiation is handled differently. When finished-formula claim proof is needed, the proof plan is mapped to the claims you intend to make and routed through independent third-party testing.

We have developed and launched products for prestige brands. The chemists who develop your product run the projects directly, so you work with the people who make it.

That experience is an advantage to the brands we work with. It means brand-side judgment, how a formula survives claims review, buyer scrutiny, retail, and real consumer use, is built into how we formulate rather than borrowed.

If you have brand-side experience and affiliations, what protects mine? The protection is the confidentiality we owe you. Your formula and project data are shared only with the people who need them to make your product, and that does not include affiliated brands. Your formula is not used in anything we make for ourselves or anyone else, and affiliated brands get no access to it and no claim on it. The point is not that you should trust us. It is that the protection is written down. When your product succeeds, so do we, and we have no reason to take what makes it work. [non-use terms pending verification]

We do not use partner work as public proof. Your formulas, product specifics, claims, awards, rankings, commercial data, and launch strategy stay yours, not proof points for the next prospect, and not shared with affiliated brands.

The recognition you see us cite belongs to the brands we make for, with their permission. Everything else we keep quiet about, including the fact that we make it.

June Jacobs Labs is based in Moonachie, New Jersey, directly across the Hudson from Manhattan and within the historic New York and New Jersey beauty-manufacturing corridor.
